TrustNPS is built for online stores first. Connect Shopify, or Stripe, and we email a random sample of people who actually paid. Surveys go out after delivery, 10 days after the order by default. You do not pick who answers, and you cannot edit the score. SaaS and restaurants can verify too.
2. We ask after delivery
For stores, a buyer is eligible once the order is delivered and your delay has passed. Default is 10 days after the order. We choose the sample.
3. The score goes public
At 30 answers in 90 days, NPS, sample size, and response rate publish on a page you cannot edit. The badge updates from the same number.
